AJ Logic provides mobile application development, cloud consulting, and technical consulting services. All services are provided on a project basis with agreed-upon scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed applications and code. AJ Logic retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and business requirements. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.
AJ Logic's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to project scope may affect timeline and cost. All changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of completed work.
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through professional mediation or arbitration.
